XR Group is a Licensed and Fully Insured General Contracting company based in New York. It is an emerging company founded and owned by Mr. Xeni Radoniqi, who brings extensive experience to XR Group. He has an in depth knowledge that stems from a second generation family business which originated in Europe.

We specialize in Residential Renovations and Commercial Renovations. We pride our work in kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, room additions, and custom designs.
We have the necessary skills, manpower and leadership to excel in all aspects of residential construction.
XR Group also offers a full-service design/build process where an entire remodeling project—from the initial design concept to the actual construction is organized and performed by a single entity, a single point of responsibility.

We are proud to offer a full-service design/build experience. We work closely with each of our clients to help them formulate ideas into thoughtful, highly functional floor plan designs and beautifully constructed spaces.
Our design process starts during your initial in-home consultation (at no cost to the client). We will discuss your ideas and goals for the space.
During the walk-through, we will carefully evaluate the existing building space and conditions, including mechanical, electrical, lighting, HVAC and plumbing.
We handle every part of the project from concept to completion, including design, planning, budgeting, permit applications, project management and construction.
If your space has any building limitations, we take pride in developing innovative and creative solutions to work with such challenges.
OUR TEAM
XR Group works with an extended team of sub-contractors (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) and Vendors to provide an all-inclusive construction service / experience.
If our client does not have an Architect or designer yet, we have an in-house Architect and Designer to help our clients visualize their projects.
